Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, strategically located between sea and mountain but it is only as you soar above the streets that the true magnificence of the city can be appreciated.
Taking off from the helipad at the V&A Waterfront, over the breakwater towards the ocean, you are swept away by the magnitude of the world we live in. The pilot slowly turns back towards the city as you reach for your camera to get the highlight shot of Table Mountain. All the pilots we work with are qualified tour guides so you can expect them to be knowledgeable about the history, the locations and point out places of interest as you move along the coastline.

Hugging the coast, your flight takes you over the affluent coastal suburbs of Clifton, Camps Bay and Llandudno with sights of the 12 Apostles Mountain range to one side and views over the ocean on the other. As you reach Camps Bay you will be able to witness how the famous Lions Head peak got its name. Following the shoreline you soon reach the small harbour village of Hout Bay, the gateway to the incredibly scenic Chapmans Peak Drive. A picturesque winding drive known as one of the most spectacular marine drives in the world. Keep an eye out for pods of whales and dolphins.

Hidden shipwrecks and the long sandy beaches catch your eye as you circumnavigate the Peninsula.
Arriving at Cape Point you will have the opportunity to photograph the iconic most south westerly tip of Africa and the mythical meeting point of the two oceans as your pilot positions the helicopter in just the right spot. Continuing your flight, you make your way along the False Bay coast, over the naval village of Simons Town and sleepy coastal suburbs
Following your coastal journey, the flight heads inland over the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town back towards the V&A Waterfront and home base.
