Not included in quoted tour prices: Any item not specified in accompanying itinerary, cost of obtaining passports or travel visas, personal items, gratuities, optional activities, meals not specified, alcohol and beverages not specified, room service, laundry not specified, telephone calls, international flights.
Excursions reserve the right to charge up to 15% more per person for fuel increases and currency fluctuations
Registration: A deposit of 25% of the quoted cost is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the cost of your trip is due 120 days prior to your departure date. Balance payable by check. If you choose to pay via credit card a 2.5% administration fee will apply. If your reservation is made within 120 days of departure, the entire cost is required at the time of confirmation.
Cancellations: Cancellations received by Premier Africa Excursions along with a replacement confirmation (who has not already indicated interest in the trip) and agreement from venue partners is received, will be free of cancellation fees. Due to the nature of advance reservation process and pre-paid bookings, strict cancellation fee procedures are applicable. An administration cancellation fee of $1250 per person will apply to any canceled reservation. Cancellations received less than 120 days prior to departure, without a replacement, will be subject to the following forfeit of tour cost: non-refundable fees for venues, regional flights and supplier deposits and/or, 120 – 70 days prior to departure; 35% of tour cost, and within 70 days; 100% of tour cost, whichever is the greater amount. Over and above the $1250 per person cancellation fee that will be charged, the party canceling the excursion will also be responsible for payment of all non-refundable fees for venue, regional flights and supplier deposits.
Liability: Premier Africa Excursions accepts no liability for any death, injury or illness, related medical costs or theft suffered by any person/s, loss or damage to luggage, delay or any other claim whatsoever, arising from any incident while on tour through use of our agents transport, accommodation, sightseeing or any other related matters whatsoever. We reserve the right to change any and/or modify arrangements if the need arises to offer suitable replacement/s. Any such amendment does not constitute any reason for a refund.
