REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT:
A 35% deposit is required on booking.
The remaining balance is due 120 days before departure.
Balance payments must be made by check or wire transfer. Paying by credit card adds a 4% fee (this fee does not apply to the deposit).
If booking within 120 days of departure, the full cost is due immediately.

CANCELLATIONS
If you are able to find a replacement for your booking, there are no cancellation penalties, but a $1500 administration fee applies per person.
Without a replacement, the following fees apply:

Before 120 days from departure:
$1500 administration fee per person.
Non-refundable fees for venues, airline tickets, permits, etc.

Within 120 days from departure:
$1500 administration fee per person.
Non-refundable fees for venues, airline tickets, permits, etc.
Cancellations 120-80 days before departure: 45% of the remaining balance.
Cancellations less than 80 days before departure: 100% of the remaining balance.
